All items are unconditionally guaranteed to be genuine. Coins and other educational materials may be returned for any reason up to 30 days after receipt.Payment may be in the form of check, money order, bank transfer(details on request), or VISA/MC. Approved purchase orders from academic institutions are also accepted. . MARYLAND
RESIDENTS, PLEASE ADD 5% SALES TAX ON ALL COIN SALES UNDER $1,000 AND ON BRONZE COINS OF ANY PRICE
AND ALL BOOK AND ABAFIL ORDERS unless a MD tax exempt number is presented.
Many coin items are one of a kind. It is recommended that they be reserved by telephone. Coins reserved by telephone will be held 7 days
pending receipt of payment. Please include alternate selections where possible on all mail orders.
All check and credit card orders from persons unknown to the firm must clear appropriate banks before the coins will be mailed. Out of state
personal checks require about 7 days clearance.
Visa and Master Card accepted: Please provide number, full name as it appears on the card, expiration date, and
card billing address. Merchandise can only be sent to the verifiable billing address.
Mailing Fees
Please include $12.00 for all orders of teaching kits; $13.00 on all coin orders over $1000 and $10.00 for coin orders under $1000 for shipment within the U.S. Overseas
orders will be billed for actual postage and insurance. All items are shipped by either insured or registered mail. Federal Express shipment is
available upon request at additional charge. Please note that there are some restrictions for overseas shipments which will be detailed at time of order. Recipient is
responsible for all customs formalities where applicable.
For book orders, please include $7.00 for 1st volume and $1.00 for each additional volume except where noted for orders within the U.S.
Please provide street address for UPS shipment where possible.
